The Imitation of Life: Prelude

The time is nigh when
I shall travel the Glass City to sing;
heralding the embarkment of
The Imitation of Life.

Its delivery has been labor-intense
and shall prove to be worth the weight I have
carried for many moons. I am excited
to be presented as Singer/Songwriter and Storyteller-
of haunting, daunting and enlightening tales.
I will journey the roads less traveled with my voice.
I will chant, whisper, shriel, wail, lament and belt
my interpretations of
The Imitation of Life.
